dear friends and foes,
I've moved.
Catch me if you can.
This site will no longer be updated.
Thanks for the memories and space, pitas. You were delicious while it lasted.
P/S: It's not you. It's me.

Sugar, your weakness is none of my business.

I heard this song quite a long time ago. Even before he came to Singapore, almost requested for it at the gig. I really liked it. Simple and strong and special. But I think I will fall out of love with it because it's going to be the first single off the new album. I'm just jealous that so many other people are going to hear it now. haha. Don't we all want certain things to ourselves?
I've always been fascinated with songs about cheating..It's just a fascinating subject. Of when you give in to the illogical impulse and open a pandora's box of inner demons and guilty conscience. What about it made you think that it was worth it? Then you realize. No nothing. Then it starts tearing like velcro off everything you believe about love and its conditions. What a thrill-seeker's way to find out the cold hard truth that there's no such thing as "unconditional". Sure, love can be blind, deaf, mute, senseless even. But stupid? Surely love can't be stupid. People can.
Anyway, Damien Rice's sophomore album, "9", will be released next week.
I can't wait. More sad songs for december. Is that alright? hell yeaaa!
sorry im not home right now
